If you work hard, listen to others, and learn everything you can, there is no stopping your growth.

If you could give a younger person advice, what would it be?
Don’t think you know everything. You can learn something new every day. It is better to be quiet and listen than to speak and not know what you are saying.

Leadership, organization, and decades of industry knowledge. Having learned from many great people throughout my career, I strive to pass that knowledge on to others.
