Completing my electrical training and gaining hands-on experience. I have also developed the ability to learn from and communicate effectively with contractors.

I’ve learned that safety is never a “check-the-box” activity; it must be a core mindset every single day. Staying curious and committed to lifelong learning is essential to remain effective in this industry.

What are your career goals?
My goal is to advance into a Project Management role.

If you could give a younger person advice, what would it be?
Master the fundamentals early, especially math and circuit theory, as they are the foundation of everything we do. Most importantly, never be afraid to ask questions.

My strongest skills include troubleshooting. I also pride myself on my ability to help others.
