Built extensive experience across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects while successfully managing both small- and large-scale job sites.

What lessons have you learned in your career?

  • There is always something new to learn, so always stay teachable.
  • There is usually more than one way to accomplish something. Stay flexible and open to learning from others.
  • Never be afraid to fail. Mistakes are part of growth and improvement.
  • Communicate with everyone.
  • Work together as a team—from the job site to the office, everyone plays an important role.

What are your career goals?
To become a Project Manager and Estimator, with the long-term goal of running a branch office someday.

If you could give a younger person advice, what would it be?
Above everything else, put God first in your life. Treat others the way you want to be treated, and do not look for shortcuts to fast or easy money. Put in the hard work now—the rewards that come from discipline, integrity, and perseverance will exceed your expectations.

What do you enjoy the most about your industry?
The electrical industry is constantly evolving, which creates endless opportunities to learn and be challenged. I enjoy seeing projects come to life from start to finish, and I still love turning on the lights for the very first time.
