The Laerdal Medical Warehouse project involved the construction of a new 50,000 SF ground-up distribution facility located in Gatesville, Texas, completed in Spring 2025. The facility was developed to support the growing logistics and operational needs of Laerdal Medical, a global leader in healthcare education, training, and simulation products.
The building includes a modern warehouse distribution space along with integrated office areas and meeting rooms designed to support administrative and operational functions. The layout was planned to improve workflow efficiency, storage capacity, and product distribution capabilities for nationwide and global delivery.
The facility provides a scalable and efficient hub to support Laerdal Medical’s continued growth in healthcare education infrastructure.
